Approach and Delivery:
More than 20,000 variables were analyzed in the Topping units using Multiple Regression, identifying the main variables that drive the process.
The main variables were modeled in Monte Carlo Simulation to replicate the process and subsequently optimize it according to the potential of each Topping unit.
Variables were adjusted in the System Expert Control
Results:
Increased the performance of Topping units by 2%.
Annualized savings of more than US$40M.
